We are a team of creative, multidisciplinary architects who respond poetically to a wide range of complex briefs. Our approach 我们的理念
Every project begins with an intensive and open collaboration with our clients. The early work is exploratory and hands-on, carried by sketches, studies, diagrams and physical models, so that the brief, the site and our clients' ambitions shape the design together. 每个项目都始于与客户深入而开放的协作。设计初期的工作充满探索、亲力亲为，借助草图、研究、图解与实体模型层层推进，让设计任务、场地条件与客户的愿景共同塑造方案。

Beyond the brief 超越任务书
We arrive at each project with open eyes and a willingness to question. Alongside the specific brief, we consider the wider questions every building raises: how it sits in its landscape, how it uses energy and material, and how it will serve the people who live and work in it for decades to come. Place and public life 场所与公共生活
Our experience spans intimate houses through to urban masterplans, and every scale has taught us the same lesson: architecture shapes the identity of a place. Rich, open dialogue carries a project from concept to completion. We work in close conversation with our clients, consultants, councils and craftspeople, and we treat every exchange as part of the design itself. Founding Partner 创始合伙人
Edward began his career at Warren and Mahoney and Pattersons, New Zealand's leading architecture practices. With Warren and Mahoney he worked on Commercial Bay in Auckland and the SkyCity Queenstown Hotel and Resort; with Pattersons, the Ravenscar House Museum in Christchurch. These projects stand among the most celebrated in contemporary New Zealand architecture. 葛宇曈的职业生涯始于 Warren and Mahoney 与 Pattersons 两家新西兰顶尖建筑事务所。在 Warren and Mahoney，他参与了奥克兰的 Commercial Bay 与皇后镇的 SkyCity 酒店及度假村；在 Pattersons，他参与了基督城的 Ravenscar House 博物馆。这些项目均位列当代新西兰建筑最负盛名的作品之中。
He then spent 10 years overseas, holding leadership positions at world leading design firms Grimshaw in London and Benoy in Hong Kong, before founding the practice. He is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a recipient of the 2018 Senior Scholar Award, which is awarded to the top graduating student in his year at the University of Auckland. Edward is a vivid and celebrated architectural storyteller, with a strong sense of landscape and place in both Western and Asian contexts. He approaches each project with a careful consideration of site and materiality, especially on how it relates to the human condition.
