One integrated programme runs from concept to handover. Construction planning starts while the design is still developing, so consents, procurement and long-lead materials move forward in parallel, and the build begins as soon as the drawings are ready. Fewer variations, fewer amendments 从源头减少变更与修订
Because our construction team is involved from the design stage, buildability is resolved on paper long before work begins on site. The service runs all the way into the rooms: full interior architecture alongside furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), designed, selected, procured and installed by the same team that shaped the building. Our designers stay involved through the whole construction phase and attend every site meeting. When the unforeseen appears, they discuss it on the spot with council inspectors, builders, engineers and the client together, confirm a solution all parties accept, and resolve the issue while everyone is still standing on site. 施工阶段，设计师全程参与并出席每一次工地例会（site meeting），与市政审查员（council inspector）、施工方、工程师及业主等相关各方在现场直接讨论，当场确认各方都能接受的方案，迅速解决各类不可预见的突发状况。
What is a Registered Master Builder? 何为大师建造商（Registered Master Builder）？
In New Zealand, Registered Master Builders is the building industry's benchmark standard. Membership is vetted and reassessed over time, and it is reserved for builders who can demonstrate trade qualification, a proven record of workmanship and financial soundness. Alongside it, the Building Act 2004 requires restricted building work to be carried out or supervised by government-licensed building practitioners (LBPs). Our construction team builds under both regimes. 在新西兰，「大师建造商」（Registered Master Builders）是建筑行业的标杆资质。会员资格须经审核并持续接受复审，唯有能够证明行业资格、长期工艺记录与财务稳健的建造商方可获得。与此同时，《2004年建筑法》（Building Act 2004）规定，受限建筑工程必须由持政府执照的建筑从业者（LBP）施工或监督。我们的施工团队同时符合这两重标准。
Registered Master Builder standing also enables the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee on qualifying homes, an independent and transferable protection that outlasts the build itself.
